Reporting claimed infringement
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyrighted work, email team@adityakasturi.com with the subject “Copyright Notice.”
What to include
Include your name and contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact website URL and material at issue; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact us with your name, contact details, the removed material and former location, a statement under penalty of perjury explaining the mistake, consent to appropriate federal-court jurisdiction, and your signature.
Review and repeat infringement
We may remove or restrict access to material after a valid notice and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. False claims may create liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
