Next Probate was created by Aditya Kasturi to give Washington families a calmer starting point for the real estate work inside an estate transition.

Aditya brings a background in software engineering, real estate investing, market analysis, negotiation, and structured project work to residential brokerage. He is a Global Real Estate Advisor and broker with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty in Kirkland.
Probate property work benefits from that same structure. The home may need to be secured, documented, valued, cleared, repaired, insured, and marketed while attorneys and other advisors move the estate through their own responsibilities.
Aditya's job is to keep the real estate work visible, communicate the tradeoffs directly, and prevent the property timeline from becoming another source of chaos.
